We are Rebecca and Jonathan, wedding and portrait photographers based on Nantucket Island. Parents of three (two little girls and one crazy black lab), we are familiar with life's inevitable chaos. But we also know the value of being able to preserve the memories of life in the midst of it all.
We desire to capture your life’s moments through a lens with no pressure, no stress - just genuine, honest and beautiful. We know how fortunate we are to be able to serve our clients and we truly appreciate you trusting us to document your most cherished memories.

LOCATION
The location of your portrait session is up to you!
Most of our clients choose to
showcase the natural beauty of our island. For most of our sessions,
outdoor, open-air environments are always our first choice. We love
shooting in wide-open natural spaces because the light is divine,
especially during golden hour. There are great options all around the
island, so even if you've never seen us photograph in a specific spot
before, we’re always up for exploring a new spot together!
waRDROBE STYLING
Want your photos to look a little more editorial? Bring
a little extra something with you! Fresh flowers bring an extra
“wow” factor to just about everything, especially when they’re
attached to something else, like a picnic basket. Whether you
want to incorporate larger items like a classic car or smaller ones
like blankets or hats, even planning for just one extra styled item
could be a fun way to make your session more unique. We have a full style guide that we will send to you once your session is booked. We can't wait to share it with you!
The SEssion
We will meet you at the location we've decided on and get things started! We will be sure to capture all of the combinations you request, and make you feel as comfortable as possible in front of our camera! We have some great recommendations for hair & makeup, and our style guide will help you prepare for your session. Our goal is to make this
as fun and stress-free as it possibly can be for you and your family!
DELIVERY
You will receive a link to your online gallery of photos within two to three weeks from your session date. In addition to the photos that come in your package, you will have the option to purchase extra images. You will be able to download the hi-res images directly through the online gallery. You may also share the online gallery with friends and family.
ALBUMS
Preserve your memories with a beautifully crafted custom designed album. Choose your favorite images from the session, pick a color and we will design the rest! We will send along a preview before the album is ordered.

HOW DO WE BOOK?
After we've confirmed a date and time, we will send along an electronic contract to secure your session. When you're ready to sign, a 20% deposit will be due. We will send along a Style Guide for you to review before your session.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE RECEIVE?
You will receive 30-50 (depending on your package) fully edited high resolution images in an online gallery. You will also have the option to purchase more in addition to the photos included in your package.
do you offer styling assistance?
Yes, we are excited to introduce you to Rove, a platform we've partnered with to simplify the process of deciding what to wear for your family photos.
Rove connects you with professional stylists for personal shopping and styling help. Their custom family styling service pairs you with an expert stylist who can curate a cohesive and elevated look for your family—tailored to your vision and budget.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
If the weather is too bad to shoot in, we will do everything we can to reschedule your session; however, we cannot offer rain dates as we are fully booked throughout the summer.
what time will the session take place?
We schedule most family portraits one to two hours before sunset to ensure we get the best light for your session. Early morning sessions work too!
